Refund Policy

For KranknPaint Event Bookings ONLY!

(Does not apply to sales in shop)

We are dedicated to creating the most memorable and personalized experiences with KranknPaint, LLC, and require large inputs of our team's time and effort to organize events. Therefore, there is a firm NO REFUND POLICY on events booked with KranknPaint, LLC.

 

If you cancel 7+ days in advance, we will reschedule your event within 30 days, pending availability.

 

If you cancel less than 7 days of your scheduled event, we will reschedule your event within 30 days, but an additional fee of $50 will be required to reschedule for late notice.

Any events cancelled less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled event time, will not have the option to reschedule and will forfeit the entire cost of the event.

BAD/INCLEMENT WEATHER

Our first concern is for the safety of our guests and crew. When extreme weather is an issue (i.e. snow, hurricanes, etc) we will make a decision on whether to cancel the event or not.

 

If we or the host decide to cancel, we will certainly be happy to reschedule the event to a date within the next 30 days.

Hosts who choose to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, due to bad weather, or any other reason, will incur an inconvenience fee of $50.

Any events under the above policies are permitted only one (1) reschedule. Any additional cancellation, even if made within the time frames set out above, will not have the option to reschedule and will forfeit the entire cost of the event.

EXCEPTIONS

A refund will only be provided is there is an error on our end. Furthermore, KranknPaint, LLC reserves the right to cancel events at any time, and for any reason. Customers will be notified prior to the event's start time and, a refund will be processed accordingly.
